I used Fruity loops pro as a base but run a lot of VST plugins through it i also have a collection of thousands of drum kits i use to create my beat in which i have collected for years.. Its like FL8 but on steriods!!!! I also use midi keyboard as i am classically trained in piano but most riffs i write using the piano roll as mathematically you can get your riffs so spot on!! Glad you like it!
